In the app (fastest)
- Open Conversa and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, tick “I understand this is permanent”, and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with your Apple ID.
By email (if you can no longer sign in)
Email privacy@heyconversa.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request against that address and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All conversations and transcripts
- Vocabulary progress and flashcards
- Streaks, XP, and Cappy Coins
- Settings, reminders, and your profile
- Your sign-in credentials
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data is removed from our live systems right away. Copies held in backups and by our service providers are deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
If you only want to stop notifications or change your target language, you can do that in Settings without deleting your account.
